3. Shipping Methods & Destinations​

• Continental U.S. (48 States):​ Standard ground shipping or expedited options (varies by product).

• Remote U.S. Areas (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories):​ USPS Priority Mail or equivalent. Additional fees may apply.

• International:​ Carrier varies by destination (DHL Express, FedEx International). Duties/taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

• Special Items:​ Fragile, oversized, or high-value items may require signature confirmation or specialized packaging (additional fees may apply).

4. Processing & Shipping Timeframes​

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are processed within 1 business day​ (excludes pre-orders or custom items).

• Weekends/holidays: Orders ship the next business day.

• Delivery times vary by carrier and destination (typically 2–7 business days domestically; 5–14 days internationally).

• Delays due to high volume, weather, or customs are communicated proactively.

5. Shipping Fees​

• Continental U.S.:​

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

  • Orders under $50: Flat fee of $5.99.

• Remote U.S. Areas:​ Additional surcharge of $9.99​ (applied at checkout).

• International:​ Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight/size.

6. Returns & Exchanges​

• Defective/Wrong Items:​ We cover return shipping and replacement costs.

• Customer-Initiated Returns:​

  • Unworn/unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days​ of delivery.

  • Customer pays return shipping; we cover reshipment for exchanges.

• Refused/Undeliverable Shipments:​ Due to incorrect address? Customer bears return shipping and restocking fees.

7. Risk of Loss & Title​

Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend tracking shipments and reporting issues within 48 hours.
